Hunan Hualiu New Materials Co., Ltd (HLPOWDER) is a national high-tech enterprise which specializing in the development and production of gas atomized alloy powder. In 2004, we built thefirstgeneration of gas atomization production line with intellectual property rights in China. Over the past more than ten years, HLPOWDER committed to the research and development of alloy powder materials and gas atomization technology, has obtained 6 invention patents, 12 utility model patents and 2 copyrights.
The production base of HLPOWDER is located in the national economic development zone of Ningxiang, Changsha city, Hunan province. It was putted into production in July 2019. HLPOWDER has 16 fourth-generation gas atomization powder production lines, with an annual production capacity of over 15, 000 tons. Our products include high-performance soft magnetic powder, stainless steel powder, die steel powder and other special alloy powder. The powder has the characteristics of low impurity content, high sphericity, high flowability, high chemical composition homogeneity and stable performance etc. They are mainly used in high saturation alloy powder core, high-power molding choke, MIM, 3D printing, thermal spraying, laser cladding, metal filter etc. We organize production according to ISO9001: 2015 quality management system and ISO 14001. All products comply with the latest EU RoHS directive requirements.
